Players over the age of 18 are invited to play for free with a chance to win various prizes – with no risk involved. Before you get started, there are a few things you need to know.
Requirements
To ensure fair competition and prevent cheating, we need to implement some rules. Important! To be eligible for prizes:
- For Amazon voucher prizes, you MUST have a 20 website comments/forum posts (if not, don’t bother claiming the prize. Do not spam the site (“wow nice win!”, etc), this will get you banned. We want active members who contribute to the site to benefit from our giveaways).
- For Gamdom cash prizes, you need an active Gamdom account with a minimum of $10 USD in prior deposits (if not, do not bother claiming your prize). Sign up to Gamdom here.
- Cheaters (duplicate BWB/Gamdom accounts) will be perma banned from all future tournaments and giveaways.
We’ve had too many cheaters abusing our tournaments and giveaways, which is unacceptable to our members and sponsors. Please respect the above requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, do not bother trying to claim the prizes or come with excuses as this will only waste our time.
I won! How do I claim my prize and when will I receive it?
How you claim your prize differs depending on whether you won a Pragmatic Play or Gamdom sponsored tournament. The prize type for each tournament (Amazon, Cash, Free Spins, etc) is specified under “More info” in the tournament boxes.
Provide the following information if you won:
- Prizes MUST be claimed within 5 days after tournament ends or it will be voided. We cannot wait for members longer than that due to administrative reasons.
- DO NOT ask for your prize to be replaced by another type of prize. DO NOT message to claim a prize before the tournament has ended.
Crediting your prize can take up to 2 weeks, starting from when your account and position on the leaderboard are verified and validated. We strive to be as efficient as possible when dispensing the prizes, but since we are dealing with third party vendors, your payout can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Prize Types
Amazon Vouchers – We cannot guarantee that winners will be credited with vouchers for their preferred country. Please be aware that while the vouchers issued may not align with your specific country, they will be valued equivalently to the win amount in your local currency. All vouchers will be sent to the email address registered with your Bigwinboard account.
Gamdom Cash – In order to claim your Gamdom Cash prize, you MUST have an active account on Gamdom casino. Throwaway accounts are NOT allowed. Winnings will be credited to your players account with no wagering and available for immediate withdrawal. If you win, do not harass Gamdom support as they are unable to help. Crediting prizes can take up to two weeks. Gamdom prizes are always in USD.
Gameplay
When playing, all your spins do not need to be completed in one go. You can come back at a later point and continue.
Who can join a tournament?
Anyone aged 18+ and an active member can join a tournament. However, there may be some restrictions based on your location – our tournaments are currently?NOT available in: the US (Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan), UK, India, Australia, Romania, Ukraine, Philippines, Malta, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Serbia, Iran, North Korea, Antigua and Barbuda, Montenegro. This list may include additional territories from time to time.
Am I allowed to have multiple accounts on the same IP address?
While we prohibit using multiple accounts, we do understand that sometimes multiple members of the same household (i.e., using the same IP address) will compete in our tournaments. To prevent the system from automatically flagging your accounts as duplicates, we advise you to contact us by email at contact[at]bigwinboard.com to verify.
Terms & Conditions
By participating in the free-to-play tournaments hosted by Bigwinboard.com, participants (“you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements and decisions of the Company, which are final and binding.
- 18+ only.
- Any attempt to use multiple accounts or other unfair practices to participate in the tournament will result in disqualification and a permanent ban.
- Participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in any unlawful or disruptive behavior, or violating the spirit of the tournament.
- We reserve the right to withhold prizes from any participant who fails to comply with the terms.
- VPN is allowed.
- Bigwinboard is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the tournament, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions and/or the administration of the tournament.
- Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this tournament, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually.
- Bigwinboard reserves the right to change these terms at any time at its sole discretion.
