The screenshot you took is from the pragmatic tournaments, although these tournaments don't use real money from players, for them to operate on a multiplayer scale, each player is assigned a real account as if you were playing in a real casino.
For example, if you restart the monthly tournament, you can access the old replays you had in that tournament.
The same thing happens with the Pragmatic tournaments hosted here, that's why a screenshot with the live balance is a good thing to ask for, those tournaments have a fixed spin amount so your balance will never have cents on it, if a player tries to cheat and their balance doesn't have cents, that's a red flag and the player will most likely be investigated.

@euronymous1313 not really, players like it so they can share or save the replay when hit something nice and pragmatic gets free advertising.
In their discord there are people sharing replays and screenshots from the tournaments all the time.
NLC also have replays from their coins balance gameplay
